La reacción con el uso de Donald Trump del racismo para desviar la atención de una demanda colectiva en relación con la Universidad Trump que verificar las afirmaciones de que era un estafador deja al Partido Republicano en una posición triste. Ahora es la parte de la tolerancia del racismo. Como reacción, el líder de la Mayoría de Paul Ryan, máxima autoridad del GOP, se negó a retirar su reciente apoyo de Trump, mientras que Ryan estaba admitiendo los comentarios de Trump en relación con el juez con raíces mexicanas en el caso estaría sesgado debido a eso, la lógica de Ryan era que Trump es la mejor apuesta para conseguir la agenda de Ryan promulgada. Gran parte del resto de los líderes republicanos han caído en línea, incluso aunque reconoció que las declaraciones de Trump eran racistas.

Algunos dieron su excusa de que era similar a la de Ryan. Expresaron la esperanza de que Trump sería retractarse de sus declaraciones y empezar a comportarse. el racismo y la intolerancia de Trump, si cree o no, se han convertido en las declaraciones de registro, para que él cambie sus manchas o se disculpa por tales declaraciones no es ni parte de su carácter ni es posible borrar la evidencia de sus sentimientos reales con cualquier credibilidad .

El mensaje es fuerte y claro. Incluso en la admisión de los comentarios de Trump son racistas y que todavía mantiene sus endosos de él, se puso de ganar sus carreras o cuestiones sobre la inmoralidad del racismo, la independencia del poder judicial, y las cláusulas contra la discriminación en la Constitución y la Declaración de Derechos. Para el partido, ganar triunfa sobre esos derechos civiles en importancia y en materia constitucional. Sumado a los intentos de restringir el acceso de las minorías y de los votantes de edad avanzada a las urnas en el estado republicano coordinada por los esfuerzos legislativos del estado, el Partido Republicano aún más se ha convertido en el partido que alberga y tolera los profesionales y sus compañeros de viaje del racismo y la intolerancia.

Los candidatos del GOP abajo de votación tienen que ser puesto en el punto de qué lugar se encuentran en las declaraciones racistas de Trump y el racismo en general. Ese es un desafío a sus oponentes del Partido Demócrata se pueden hacer fácilmente, especialmente en estados con grandes poblaciones minoritarias y una historia de apoyo a los derechos civiles.

The reaction to Donald Trump's use of racism to divert attention from a class action law suit concerning Trump University that would verify claims that he was a con man leaves the Republican Party in a sad position. It is now the party of tolerance of racism. In reaction,House Majority leader Paul Ryan, highest ranking GOP official, refused to withdraw his recent endorsement of Trump, While Ryan was  admitting Trump's comments regarding the judge with Mexican roots in the case would be biased because of that, Ryan's rationale was that  Trump is the best bet to get Ryan's agenda enacted.  Much of the rest of GOP leaders have fallen in line, even while acknowledging that Trump's remarks were racist.

Some gave their excuse that was   similar to Ryan's. They expressed hope that Trump would retract his statements and start behaving. Trump's racism and bigotry, whether he believes it or not, have become the statements of record, For him to change his spots or apologize for such statements is neither part of his character nor is it possible to erase evidence of his real feelings with any credibility.

The message is loud and clear.  Even when admitting Trump's comments are racist and still maintaining their endorsements of him, they put winning their races or issues over the immorality of racism, the independence of the judiciary, and the anti discrimination clauses in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.  For the party, winning trumps those civil rights in importance  and in constitutional matters.  Added to the attempts to restrict minority and elderly voter access to the ballot box in  Republican coordinated state by state legislative efforts, the Republican Party  even more has  become the party that harbors and tolerates practitioners  and their fellow travelers of  racism and bigotry.

The GOP down ballot candidates need to be put on the spot about where they stand on Trump's racist statements and on racism in general.   That is a challenge their Democratic Party opponents can easily  make,  especially in swing states with large minority populations and a history of supporting civil rights.
